The Bradford County Conservation District presented Bill Houseknecht with the 2013 Outstanding Cooperator of the Year Award. The award was presented at the Conservation District’s annual appreciation dinner on Dec. 12. Bill Houseknecht, from Knecht Knoll Farm, owns and operates a 180- cow dairy farm located in Columbia Cross Roads.
