The 'TRANSPORTATION BILL' is simply more redistribution of monies from the rural areas of the commonwealth to Pittsburgh, Harrisburg and Philadelphia. Just hours after the bill was signed, a $2-3 billion highway project around Harrisburg was announced. Not repair of existing-This is new. Those who are unemployed, on welfare, in lower-paying jobs and those on fixed incomes are being PUNISHED by the Corbett administration for not living in the big cities. Governor Corbett is unfit to serve and, if he runs in 2014, should be voted out of office. Likewise, any state senator and representative who voted for this law should be voted out. No pun intended-THIS IS HIGHWAY ROBBERY.
