Thousands of Steps a Day Toward Fitness
On Christmas of 2011 my daughter and son-in-law gave me an incredible gift—fitness. At the time I was idling on a recent weight loss of some 25 pounds over some six months, mostly due to taming my eating habits and a spike in physical activity. I had already gained some five pounds of it back that Christmas morn when I opened the gift.
