Applications for the Kenneth and Caroline Taylor Scholarship Program are now available in the Wyalusing Valley Junior- Senior High School (WVHS) Guidance Department. To be eligible, applicants must be seniors at WVHS who plan to enroll in a full-time undergraduate course of study at an accredited four-year college or university or an accredited vocationaltechnical institute.
