Dr. Alice M. Davis, Administrative Director and Guidance/ Placement Director at the Susquehanna County Career and Technology Center, has been selected by the Pennsylvania Association of Career and Technology Educators as the “2013 Outstanding Career and Technical Educator of the Year.” The award was presented at the 2013 PA CTEC Conference held in Seven Springs last month.
