North Dakota Welder Cited for Coworker’s Death
New details released by state police indicate that a welder from North Dakota was traveling more than 75 mph up Wyalusing-New Albany Road just after midnight on Sept. 4, 2011, when he lost control of his work truck in a left turn and wrecked it. The driver, Joseph Gary Jaster, 29, Grafton, ND, was ejected from the vehicle and survived the crash.
