A Sayre woman who told police that she was down on her luck was arrested for retail theft on Dec. 11, after she and her mother and another female were observed by a Kmart loss prevention officer shoving numerous items into diaper bags and then wheeling them out of the Wysox Township store that Tuesday morning.
