Voter Registration Deadline Looms
ID Law Sidelined—For Now
Opponents of Pennsylvania’s controversial Voter ID Law breathed a sigh of relief on Tuesday when a Commonwealth Court judge ruled that, while most of the legislation aimed at eliminating voter fraud would be upheld, votes cast by those without proper ID would be counted without the voter having to produce valid identification with the aforementioned six-day period.
