The Supersize Syndrome
If you’re wondering why American waistlines are getting larger, one of the main reasons is the size of the meals we eat today. To put it bluntly, the average size of the fast food meals we stuff ourselves with in 2012 is about three times larger than the typical serving of burgers and fries in the 1950’s.
